Registration

 ***Please read the following details prior to proceeding to the registration.

Student registration

  • All students are required to upload the following documents as a zip file during the registration.
    1. A scanned copy of the student ID.
    2. A letter from the head of the department of the relevant institution confirming the studentship of the attendee.
  • The student registration fee will include access to conference sessions, symposium material, two luncheons, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Standard registration

  • The standard registration fee will include access to conference sessions, symposium material, two luncheons, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.
  • Standard Early Bird registration fee is A$775 and should be registered before 15th August 2016.
  • Standard registration fee is A$875 (after 15th August 2016).

Accompanying Persons

  • Accompanying persons of participants will be required to register at the registration desk at the venue.
  • Registration fee for the accompanying person is A$ 450.
  • The registration fee for accompanying persons will include access to conference sessions, symposium material, two luncheons, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Participation only

  • If you wish to participate the conference without submitting a paper, please contact the organizing committee through ayal.maneth@monash.edu

Refund policy

  • Any refunds on the registration fee must be made with a written request to ranjith.pg@monash.edu
  • Before 15 August 2016: Full refund minus 5% (merchant bank charges) of the original payment.
  • Before 15 September 2016: 50% refund of the original payment.
  • After 15 September 2016: No refunds.

 

Kindly note that the IC3G 2016 organizing committee will not be responsible for registrations made by providing incorrect details (ex: incorrect paper submission number).
